Phone Consultation
Whether you have a clear vision or need inspiration for your outdoor living space, contact us to get started. Share a general overview of your project, and we’ll be in touch. During your phone consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, timeframe, and expectations. You can ask any preliminary questions and schedule an on-site visit.
ON-SITE MEETING
SITE EVALUATION
During your consultation and site evaluation, our Solution Specialist will listen to your ideas for how you plan to use your outdoor space, make suggestions, and provide budget expectations. If you choose to move forward, we’ll collect a design fee that will eventually credit directly toward your project, and head back to the office to start designing!
ENVISION YOUR PROJECT
DESIGN PHASE
This phase takes about 2-3 weeks. We consider aesthetics and structural needs to create a preliminary design. Once ready, we’ll share 3D design renderings (when applicable), material samples, and representative photos to help you envision your outdoor space. Based on your feedback, we’ll make revisions to refine the design to your preferences.
KICK-OFF MEETING
FINAL APPROVAL
Your contract will include your approved design, the scope of work, material selections, payment schedule, and expectations. Our Solution Specialist will introduce you to your dedicated Project Manager and hand off the project to begin construction. The Project Manager will do a final walk-through to review everything prior to ordering materials.

CONSTRUCTION
It’s finally time for the exciting part—watching your new outdoor space come to life! Our experienced team carefully minimizes disrupting your property, placing special mats on your lawn for protection when moving equipment and flagging underground utilities. Your Project Manager will oversee the project, provide updates, and provide information about our three-year craftsmanship warranty.
