FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Luke HENRY
Luke has worked in nearly every role in the landscape industry, starting with mowing lawns at 12 years old to building ProScape Lawn & Landscape Services into the successful company it is today. He spends his days envisioning the future of ProScape, championing the culture and values, and learning and teaching leadership to the team. Creating a high-octane and fun workplace is important to him. In his spare time, you might find Luke and his wife volunteering with numerous local nonprofits.
Fun Fact: He has a doctor of pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University.
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Kasey Stayner
Kasey’s role is to take care of customers and team members at ProScape. As someone passionate about doing whatever he can for the people in his life, he excels in his role. His favorite part of working with ProScape is the amazing team of people he works with and the great people in the community. In his spare time, you’ll find him following Ohio State sports and the Cleveland Browns, playing fantasy football, golfing, and target shooting.
Fun Fact: He is an OCNT and an Ohio Department of Agriculture Licensed Commercial Applicator.
SOLUTION SPECIALIST
Courtney Long
Courtney is masterful in helping customers understand their goals and what they want from their outdoor spaces. She works with them to create a plan that works for them and ProScape. As a Fun Committee Member, it’s no surprise that her favorite part of the job is working and playing hard with the team and laughing together every day. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys hiking with her husband and two children and spectating their sports and activities.
Fun Fact: She is passionate about creating a great work culture where people succeed.
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Karla Vizcarra-Abdelatif
As a liaison with our Spanish-speaking employees, Karla is an integral team member. She keeps employee documentation, recruits talent, and handles the H-2B program details. Her love of people and kindness make her perfect for the role. Her favorite part about working at ProScape is the people; she values the amazing friendships she’s made over the years. In her spare time, you might find her watching TV, cooking, crafting, or spending time with her friends and family.
Fun Fact: She values self-care and learned how to do nails professionally because of it.
ESTIMATOR
Adam Randall
As an OCNT, Adam often serves as a subject matter expert at ProScape. His primary role is to answer the question, “how much will this cost?” as accurately as possible. He enjoys working with a great group of people at ProScape and getting to do what he excels in. In his spare time, you’ll find him outside experiencing the wonderment of nature and finding new plants to grow, camping, kayaking, and biking.
Fun Fact: He is passionate about playing the drums at his church.
SOLUTION SPECIALIST
Josh Rose
Josh helps our customers realize the potential of their properties. He enjoys the team mentality and supportive leadership at ProScape and how the culture allows him to create the best customer experience possible. Hard work and honesty are values he lives by, as he believes nothing good happens without both. He has been a lacrosse coach for over 10 years, and in his spare time, you’ll find him spending time with his family at a lacrosse field.
Fun Fact: He is a 30-year industry veteran and can’t see himself working in any other industry.

Noah Matteson
Ensuring our customers are well taken care of and satisfied with their ProScape experience is what Noah does best. He oversees the work on properties and interactions between ProScape and customers. Passionate about creating a mutually beneficial relationship between people and Mother Nature, Noah dreams of building a sustainable home and living off the land.
Fun Fact: Noah is outdoorsy and loves camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, foraging, and kayaking.

Derek Stone
As ProScape’s Chief Problem-Solver, Derek works with the team to ensure world-class customer service. One of his favorite parts about working with ProScape is the fun and passionate individuals who work alongside him. His competitive nature and wanting to win, combined with an exceptional team committed to excellence, is a key factor to ProScape’s success. In his spare time, you’ll find him spending time with his family, following Ohio State University sports, and target shooting.
Fun Fact: He is an Ohio Certified Nursery Technician (OCNT) and Ohio State graduate.
ACCOUNT MANAGER
John Miller
As a people person, John enjoys building customer relationships and supporting the ProScape team. His favorite part about working with ProScape is the wonderful group of people he gets to work with each day. In his spare time, you’ll find him hanging out with his family and supporting his children through their life choices. He also loves watching Ohio State sports and playing rounds of golf.
Fun Fact: He is an Ohio State graduate with a bachelor’s in business.
PROCUREMENT & FACILITY MANAGER
Jeff Owen
Jeff refers to himself as the gopher for ProScape because he is responsible for ensuring the crews have enough materials, including aggregates, mulch, and plantings. He orders materials and often delivers them to the job sites. Making sure that the facility is kept organized and tidy is a big part of his role. In his spare time, you’ll find him watching Ohio State games, and watching the Bengals beat the Browns is his favorite pastime. He has five grandchildren he loves to spoil!
Fun Fact: With over a decade of service, Jeff has the longest employee tenure at ProScape.
ACCOUNTANT & OFFICE ASSISTANT
Danielle Smith
As ProScape’s Accountant and Office Assistant, Danielle plays an integral role in the everyday business operations of the team. Her compassion for others and her hard work ethic are evident in everything she does. She loves the positive work environment and the friendly team that she gets to be a part of. On the weekends, you’ll find her spending quality time with her children.
Fun Fact: Danielle loves to crochet.
PROJECT MANAGER
Travis Mulvaine
Travis is an expert at keeping our project department running smoothly. From setting up jobs, meeting with customers, procuring materials, monitoring every phase of construction, and collecting payment when the project is complete, he does it all. Travis enjoys interacting with team members and customers and seeing outdoor living spaces come to life. In his spare time, you’ll find him doing something active outdoors, such as camping, hiking, kayaking, or riding his motorcycle. Travis also likes to spend time with his “cigar buddies,” smoking cigars and drinking bourbon.
Fun Fact: He is Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI) and NCMP certified.
FLEET MANAGER
Drew West
As our Certified Diesel Technician, Drew keeps our trucks and equipment in tip-top shape so the team can seamlessly do their jobs. He ensures the recommended PM schedule is performed on time and logged into the system. The company culture is his favorite aspect of working at ProScape because everyone is encouraged and supported to be the best version of themselves. Drew lives by the value of doing his best at everything he does.
Fun Fact: Drew builds high-end desktop PCs and loves spending time outside hunting and fishing.

Steve Marshall
Steve is the Welcoming Committee for new hires, and he’s great at helping new team members get acclimated at ProScape. He truly loves coming to work each day, knowing that he gets to encourage our team members, celebrate their wins, and help them grow their skills. Steve appreciates how ProScape values and invests in him. In his spare time, you’ll find him managing aquariums as an aquarist or enjoying the great outdoors while kayaking.
Fun Fact: He was in the U.S. Navy, stationed on the USS Theodore Roosevelt during the Gulf War.

Daniel Lloyd
Daniel is dedicated to creating a stress-free experience for our customers, helping them make decisions, and providing them with a service that will exceed their expectations. He also helps guide team members to think outside of the box and develop leadership skills to better serve our customers and enhance their personal lives. In his spare time, you can find him hunting, spending time with family, building/fixing things, and enjoying food and football.

Jamie Slaughterbeck
Jamie handles our social media accounts, taking photos of our projects, meetings, and events and then sharing them with our followers. She enjoys showcasing the ProScape team, the company culture, and the impressive outdoor spaces we create. As a member of the Fun Committee, she is always looking for ways to reward the team for their hard work. You’ll find her doing something sporty with her family and teaching little ones at her church in her spare time.

Taylor Fisher
When it comes to keeping ProScape’s financial transactions organized, Taylor is in charge. Her favorite part about working with ProScape is the amazing people, weekly leadership training sessions, the supportive culture, and team member accountability. In her spare time, you’ll see her with her beautiful children and close-knit family. In addition to numbers, she also loves CrossFit, camping, traveling, thrifting, and hiking, and she considers herself a foodie.
Fun Fact: Living and encouraging a healthy lifestyle mentally and physically is important to her.

Dale Shuler
As Dale describes it, he draws pictures and does the math for ProScape. His integral role is creating effective design solutions for customers and ensuring ProScape has an accurate plan to deliver the project on time and within budget. He enjoys working with a team of passionate people and helping clients realize their projects. In his spare time, you’ll find him with his wife and two girls, camping, hiking, playing games, or hanging out at their pool.
Fun Fact: He is an OCNT, with Master Technician status.

KYLE NAGY
Kyle is a key player in making sure our customers are happy with all aspects of the company and his goal is to create and maintain those relationships. His favorite part about working at ProScape are the people. He values the company culture that is experienced both inside the office and with our customers. Kyle’s passion lies in living a healthy lifestyle. He also enjoys adventures in travel and is an avid sports fan.
Fun Fact: Kyle is a huge Cleveland Browns fan which can sometimes conflict with the healthy lifestyle he enjoys… he also loves exploring different restaurants in the Columbus area.
