A History of Exceptional Service
Locally Owned and Operated
ProScape Lawn & Landscape Services, incorporated in February 2005 by Luke Henry, actually began in 1998 as Luke’s Lawns & Landscaping. The company grew steadily and eventually moved into an old farm complex off of Marion-Waldo Road. After all, farming is where the story started! (Watch the video for the whole story!)
In 2009, professional operations offices were added into the northern-most barn to support modern technology and the communications infrastructure. Continued growth and the diversification of our service portfolio led us to acquire the property out-right in 2010 and begin the conversion of the old barns into equipment and materials storage facilities. Since then, we have continued to modernize the buildings, adding conference and classroom space and additional offices. All the while, we have preserved the old farm appearance. For example, when we upgraded our business sign and landscaping in 2015, we modeled the look after stacked limestone and whitewashed wood siding to match our buildings.
In 2018, after steadily growing our presence in the Columbus landscaping market, we acquired another company, ProScapes of Dublin, and added another physical location in the Columbus area in order to service our growing client base. We continue to grow both our Marion and Columbus teams with the very best people, and we are excited to continue to continually ratchet up our expertise and abilities for our customers.
We’re proud to offer our professional landscape design and installation services for homes and businesses — along with residential and commercial landscape maintenance services — throughout Central Ohio since 1998.
We serve the communities of Marion, Delaware, Lewis Center, Powell, Mt. Gilead, Galena, Sunbury, Westerville, New Albany. Dublin, Marysville, Upper Arlington, Hilliard, and Columbus, as well as Delaware, Marion, Union, Morrow, and Franklin counties.
Our Commitment to Exceptional Landscape Services
With ProScape Lawn & Landscape Services, there is no such thing as “just another job” or “just another customer.” That’s because, to us, each person is not just a customer but a relationship.
We strive to understand your needs and desires an then fulfill them. We attribute our strong growth in recent years to this concentration on delivering exceptional service to each customer. Our idea is simple: If we do our best to please you and fulfill or exceed your expectations, you will naturally tell others about your positive experience.
The ProScape Difference
ProScape was founded on the solid business principles of delivering a high level of personalized service and quality landscape projects, enhancement and management solutions.
Our company’s solid systems and processes ensure a consistent, high level customer experience, with professional results. Our staff and crews receive regular professional training and are career motivated, certified, licensed and insured (both liability and worker’s comp). ProScape is also a drug-free workplace, ensuring a safe working environment and associates who are performing at their best.
Above all of this, we value our relationships with each of our customers. We absolutely believe we do not want to be just the company that shows up and provides lawn services — anybody can do that. We strive to deliver the type of service that is worth more than what you actually pay, being mindful not only of your budget, but also of your investment into your property and our ability to protect and enhance its appeal.
Technology at ProScape
We leverage technology to enhance the quality of service to our customers. But, the goal of having and utilizing the tools we have is to facilitate communication with our customers.
We will never abandon the most basic tool that each of us possesses — our own voice. We do business face to face, in our office, your office, your home or wherever is convenient.
Our staff is available to answer your calls during business hours and often at any hour when you call our cell phones. Of course, we can also be texted, emailed, messaged through this site, Facebook messaged, Instagram DM’d, tweeted (soon)…
To our current customers, thank you so much for your continued business. We have enjoyed serving you, and we look forward to the opportunity to continue to do so. To potential customers, we thank you for your interest, and we look forward to showing you the ProScape way of “Professional Service with Personal Attention.”
