Mowing and Maintenance Services
Mowing, string trimming, bed and shrub maintenance, and pruning. Overflow capacity during peak weeks.
Spring and fall install windows
Hydroseeding and Sod Install
Hydroseeding, sod install, and the grading and prep that goes with them on commercial site.

How and when you get paid
Thirty days is what we commit to. We work hard to beat it and usually do, but thirty is the number you can plan around.
Two things start the clock. Submit your invoice to us, and log your work in LMN. Work that is not logged is work we cannot verify or bill, so it sits until it is.
The work you do not have to do
We carry the sales and the paperwork
Most small contractors are the owner, the estimator, the salesperson and collections all at once. This is the part you hand off.
Finding the work
We bid it, we win it, we own the client relationship.
Scoping and work orders
Scope is defined before it reaches you, so you are not guessing at expectations.
Billing and collections
We invoice the client and chase the client. You invoice us once.
