Let’s Bring Your Life Outdoors! Here’s how to start your journey.

Building a new outdoor space or overhauling your landscape can be an overwhelming process, but it doesn’t have to be! Focusing on you, we work to make sure your experience is just as nice as the finished product!

1. First Contact

You may have a clear vision of your outdoor space, or you might just have a Pinterest board that keeps building pins. Contact us through any means: phone, web form, email, or Facebook message to begin. Once we have your info and a general overview of the project, we can match you with the right ProScape team member.

2. Initial Call

One of our Solution Specialists will call you to discuss your project in more detail. We start with a phone conversation to get a general idea of your goals, timeframe, and expectations. Sometimes timeframe or other factors do not initially align. You will have the opportunity to ask preliminary questions before you commit to an in-home appointment. Then if appropriate, the Solution Specialist will set an in-home appointment with you.

3. Introduction Meeting

A Solution Specialist will arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. This is a complimentary consultation in order to take a look at your space, further flesh out ideas and goals, introduce you to our company, then answer any and all questions you have! While listening to your goals, we will begin evaluating various solutions that may be best for you and discuss realistic budget expectations.

An appropriate design fee will be determined to start this exciting phase which will eventually credit directly toward your project. From this point, it will take between 2-3 weeks to generate preliminary plans for your first look at our proposal.

Our expert team will work behind the scenes to discuss and incorporate not only aesthetic considerations, but also the structural needs for the longevity of your project.

4. Design Presentation

During the first design presentation, you will quickly see how our custom plan addresses your specific goals and wish-list items. Our plans, 3-D renders (if applicable), representative pictures, and material samples will help you clearly visualize how your dreams can become reality! Our Solution Specialist will help you navigate the waters of overwhelming choices, down to manageable decisions and practical discussion.

Next, we will make revisions based on your feedback, as necessary, to refine the design to your liking. Once the changes have been approved and you feel comfortable that the project will achieve your goals, we move to get the project kicked off!

5. Agreement & Handoff

The agreement includes your approved plan and scope of work, material selections, payment schedule, and expectations. We are now ready to start construction of your project and turn the design into reality. Our Handoff Meeting involves our Solution Specialist and introduction to your personal Project Manager, to perform a final walk through and review everything prior to ordering, material delivery, and breaking ground.

6. Construction

Our construction teams will carefully follow the design plans to properly and professionally create your new outdoor environment. Our trained, uniformed, certified-drug free staff will take careful consideration to minimize the disruption of your property. Precautions will be taken such as driving equipment on special mats that are placed over the lawn and having the applicable underground utilities flagged. Our Project Manager will oversee your project from start to finish and ensure the installation is seamless and successful.

7. Completion & Follow-Up

Our service doesn’t stop once your project is complete. Our written three (3) year craftsmanship warranty will give you peace of mind that we stand behind our quality.
